Fins on internal rotor move air which increases cooling with increasing RPM.
Solid shaft models - Clean, dry compressed air may be used to increase cooling.
The case has a threaded port for air connections. Threads are BSPT (tapered).

| Signal Isolation Card & Ultrasonic Sensor - For Constant Tension Unwinding & Rewinding | ||
![]() |
The ultrasonic sensor measures the diameter of the roll, to keep tension constant as roll diameter changes. The Signal Isolation Card powers the ultrasonic sensor & scales the ultrasonic's signal, for tension adjustments. The 0-10 volt signal controls your constant current power supply. | |
